Booking Terms and Conditions
A signed lease agreement and a 50% deposit is required at time of booking to hold the
residence. Reservations are granted on a first-come, first-served
basis determined by from whom we first receive confirmation of cleared funds.
We accept the following payment methods only: direct deposits into our Chase account at any branch near you, electronic funds transfers to the same, Visa and Mastercard accepted subject to a 2.5% processing surcharge. The remainder of the rental amount plus a fully refundable security deposit of $1000 is due no later than 60 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Reservations are granted subject to full payment by said date.
Refunds (less a 10% administrative charge and any difference
in rental achieved) will be made if the property is re-rented for the period booked.
The Sandpiper welcomes well-behaved, house-trained
dogs on a pre-approval basis only. A fee of $150 per dog per week applies for those dogs that are approved. Guests are expected to: never leave their dog(s) unattended in the house unless caged, and also to thoroughly
clean up after their dogs including the removal of all traces
of dog hair whatsoever.
